Mendota Hills Rates for 2010

Recreational Camper (Water & Electric connection):

Recreational Camping units will be charged a $5.00 (per stay) fee for sewer/dump station use

Weekends and Holidays

$30.00 per night

Weekdays (Sunday night through Thursday)

$25.00 per night

Rustic Tent Site :

Weekends and Holidays

$26.00 per night

Weekdays (Sunday night through Thursday)

$20.00 per night

(Rates for all sites is based on one family, which includes two adults and their immediate children)

(Leashed Pets allowed.)

Weekly/Monthly:

One Week (7 days)

$150.00 per week

One Month (30 days)

$400.00 per Month (plus electric use)

Additional Rates:

Overnight Guests (beyond defined family) $6.00 per night. This includes Seasonals.

Daily visitor Rates: $4.00 day pass (All visitors must check in!! There will be an additonal charge if ignored)

Cancellation and Deposit Policies:

A Credit Card is required to hold a reservation. When Arriving, you will be able to pay cash, check, VISA, or Mastercard.
If cancelled one week prior to stay (14 days for rental RV's or Cabin) no fee is charged*
If cancelled within one week up to 24 hours prior to stay (10 days for rental RV's and cabin), the first night is charge on your credit card or a choice to change your reservation date.*
If there is a no-show or cancellation on arrival date, the full amount will be charged.

*Exception to Holidays- If cancelled within one week of arrival ,one night will be charged.
